A Model for Stochastic Power Control under Log-normal Distribution

This purpose of this paper is to study the signal-to-interference (SIR) model used in power control problems to incorporate random network matrices with log-normally distributed coefficients. Related models on stochastic programming are presented and applied to the random SIR model.
